Linda's foray into the educational realm began with her innate passion for teaching and learning. Her early experiences as an educator were instrumental in shaping her holistic view of professional development, blending empathy with educational rigor to foster meaningful learning experiences.

Starting in sales at CCI Learning Solutions, she gained valuable insights into the educational needs and challenges of various organizations. This role served as a foundational experience, where she began to understand the intricate relationship between product knowledge and instructional delivery.

Her transition to training roles at AchieveGlobal and DDI marked a significant shift, allowing her to dive deeper into the art and science of learning. In these positions, Linda honed her abilities to  deliver training programs that not only impart knowledge but also drive meaningful change. Her work in these roles demonstrated her capacity to blend empathy with educational rigor, thereby creating impactful and enduring learning experiences.
Linda’s professional evolution continued as she moved into content development, providing content for organizations such as the Envision Group, Base Over Apex,  and Ultimate Potentials. In these positions, she leveraged her extensive background in education and training to create high-quality, impactful learning materials and programs. This phase of her career allowed her to further refine her expertise in educational design, focusing on developing content that not only educates but also engages and inspires learners. Through her work with these organizations, Linda continued to demonstrate her ability to translate complex concepts into accessible and actionable knowledge, contributing significantly to the field of professional development and eLearning.

Sarah Guenette

​Sarah Guenette earned her master’s degree in history from the University of Calgary and spent over 16 years working in public safety. Sarah has a background in   9-1-1 call evaluation and dispatch, operational management, and business strategy. Her last position with the City was as the Learning and Development Manager for 9-1-1, Animal Services, Livery, Business Licensing and Bylaw Services. This included overseeing the development and implementation of recruit training and continuing education for existing employees in both in-person and eLearning formats. Her portfolio also included oversight of the health and safety program (including OH&S), project management, and the quality improvement program.  She implemented the business unit's psychological health and wellness strategy and created the Peer Support team, which she ran for over eight years. Sarah is passionate about creating and maintaining a healthy, safe, and engaging workplace for all employees. She now works as a freelance researcher and writer.
